Keynote Speakers

Mikael Genberg
Mikael Genberg is the artist, innovator and entrepreneur who questions common perceptions of creative processes, successes and failures in a disarming, entertaining way, leaving the audience with a smile on their face and the thought that tomorrow will be the day. Mikael Genberg has a background as a traditional artist but expanded his vision to combine artistry with entrepreneurship and projects that no one thought possible. He took the world by storm with his innovative, imaginative and absolutely stunning hotel chain. The Treehouse Hotel Woodpecker, the Utter Inn underwater hotel, the Ooops hotel, the Zanzibar underwater hotel and the Closette Chameleon are some of his unique creations. Not to mention the red house with white knots on Globen that became a popular tourist attraction in Stockholm. His most grandiose project is to put a red house with white knots on the moon! A project that has taken a long time but is now moving rapidly towards completion. A central part of Genberg's projects has always been to find forms of collaboration with complementary skills.

David JP Phillips
David JP Phillips is an international lecturer, author and coach in modern presentation techniques. His training and materials are based on neuroscience and biology which makes the deliveries very practical and motivating. David has over 7 years studied 5000 speakers, both amateurs and professionals to identify for the first time in history in detail each single technique a presenter, from stage or in communication, uses to get their message across. With an unprecedented depth of knowledge and passion in his subject, David Phillips has become a leading Swedish front figure in the art of making presentations. He is also the author of the groundbreaking book “How to avoid Death by Powerpoint”, which has been published in more than 30 countries.
Industry Experts
Lars Stenvold Wik
Stratema

Lars Stenvold Wik
StratemaLars has earned a Master of Investment Management from Cass Business School in London. He has specialised in technology businesses that provide software, consultancy services, cloud services, computer security and infrastructure. Lars’ strengths undoubtedly include his incredible stamina and his ability to focus on getting the transaction across the line, irrespective of what it takes. His knack for improvising solutions on the hoof is legendary. His social talent and his ability to create an amicable atmosphere in any setting are clearly valuable assets in that regard. Besides, he is something of a linguistic chameleon, who swaps seamlessly between Swedish, English and his Røros dialect (which is even incomprehensible to people from Oslo). And Lars would of course not have been Røros born and bred if he did not love the classic Norwegian fish delicacy rakfisk. If the concept of rakfisk was explained to a Swede, he might compare it to the equally traditional Swedish surströmming. A Norwegian would frown at that comparison.
