Following an acquisition by ConnectWise, Bram continues to drive growth for MSPs with a passion for learning and development

Will specialises in writing and presenting – producing a huge range of content, ranging from thought-leadership articles to white papers. He started his career as a computer engineer before becoming one of the first producers on Sky TV’s primetime technology show “The Computer Channel” – alongside also covering mainstream business and technology news. He then worked as a product reviewer and technical writer for IT Network before going to Computer Weekly to cover security, telecoms and networking. He worked for several large technology brands including Microsoft and EMC as a technical writer and media consultant and was also the editor at International Broadcast Engineer – a role that saw him deliver a huge number of detailed analysis pieces on emerging video experiences. He has also written a number of books including tech guides for Which? and several "Dummies" guides on topics including big data and storage.

Will is also a highly experienced event moderator, managing content and panels at both the IBC and NAB shows for the last 10 years.

His training and materials are based on neuroscience and biology which makes the deliveries very practical and motivating. David has over 7 years studied 5000 speakers, both amateurs and professionals to identify for the first time in history in detail each single technique a presenter, from stage or in communication, uses to get their message across. With an unprecedented depth of knowledge and passion in his subject, David Phillips has become a leading Swedish front figure in the art of making presentations. James utilises his 16+ years of industry experience creating actionable strategies to drive efficiency, service excellence, and competitive differentiation in managed services offerings.

Mikael Genberg

Mikael Genberg is the artist, innovator and entrepreneur who questions common perceptions of creative processes, successes and failures in a disarming, entertaining way, leaving the audience with a smile on their face and the thought that tomorrow will be the day. Mikael Genberg has a background as a traditional artist but expanded his vision to combine artistry with entrepreneurship and projects that no one thought possible. He took the world by storm with his innovative, imaginative and absolutely stunning hotel chain. The Treehouse Hotel Woodpecker, the Utter Inn underwater hotel, the Ooops hotel, the Zanzibar underwater hotel and the Closette Chameleon are some of his unique creations. Not to mention the red house with white knots on Globen that became a popular tourist attraction in Stockholm. His most grandiose project is to put a red house with white knots on the moon! A project that has taken a long time but is now moving rapidly towards completion. A central part of Genberg's projects has always been to find forms of collaboration with complementary skills.
