Jack Cooke began his journey at Datto in 2018. His previous role as a Channel Sales Manager led him to join the Business Development Team as a Channel Development Manager in 2022. In Jack's current role, he assists EMEA partners to access Marketing and Development funds from Kaseya. Whilst also representing Kaseya and Datto at numerous trade shows and technology conferences throughout Europe and around the world, connecting with Managed Service Providers, empowering them, and educating them on the value of a true unified IT solution.

John Airaksinen

John Airaksinen is an entrepreneur who has co-founded several notable companies at the intersection of digital technology and human psychology.

His latest venture Hello Shim built chatbots for mental health that were featured by Apple in the App Store in 10 countries. The company was acquired by Europe’s leading digital healthcare provider Kry/Livi, and John spent three years there leading development of new features in the service.

John also co-founded Hoa’s Tool Shop, which was named one of Europe’s hottest startup companies by Wired magazine. The company developed Viary, one of the first Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) apps to be successfully evaluated in a randomized controlled study of therapist-supported treatment of depression.

He currently runs the creative lab AI-salongen, creating chatbots, hosting AI events and helping clients like The World Bank and ICA to find new, innovative ways to use AI.

Steven Dewinter is the Senior Global Director of Sales Engineering at Alludo. In this role Steven is responsible for all parallels presales activities where he is committed in helping organizations stay competitive by developing agile solutions that adapt to the rapidly changing technological landscape. With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Steven's expertise spans IT infrastructure, Security and End User Computing. He is passionate about leveraging technology to transform businesses and enhance operational efficiency. His previous experience includes serving as COO at Awingu, a Belgium based Scale-UP offering a secure web based digital workspace, where he played an important role in the company's acquisition by Core. Before that he holds management positions at Proximus, Belgium’s largest telephone operator, focusing on innovation, product management and IT Infrastructure management .

Henrik Davidsson is Check Point’s Head of MSSP Sales EMEA. Previously, Henrik was VP International Partner Business at Ironscales, and prior to that he was Sr. Director for Global Partner Strategy, Programs & Enablement at Vectra, where he was responsible for onboarding and enablement of Vectra’s partner ecosystem along with development of partner value propositions, messaging and the strategic direction of Vectra’s partner strategy. He has over 20 years’ experience in working with large enterprises, service providers and always stays in the frontline of new security challenges and coaching end customers and partners alike on how to augment their security posture and cyber resilience. Henrik has held leading position at companies such as Cisco, Juniper Networks, VMware, FireEye and NTT Security.

Tim has been within the IT Channel for over 20 years, holding roles at different stages within MSPs, Distribution & Vendors his focus has been on building new businesses supporting partners to adapt to new ways of accessing and delivering services while still maintaining a competitive advantage, with a key focus around Cybersecurity for most of this time the last 3 years have been focused on Cloud Infrastructure and Security.

Will specialises in writing and presenting – producing a huge range of content, ranging from thought-leadership articles to white papers. He started his career as a computer engineer before becoming one of the first producers on Sky TV’s primetime technology show “The Computer Channel” – alongside also covering mainstream business and technology news. He then worked as a product reviewer and technical writer for IT Network before going to Computer Weekly to cover security, telecoms and networking. He worked for several large technology brands including Microsoft and EMC as a technical writer and media consultant and was also the editor at International Broadcast Engineer – a role that saw him deliver a huge number of detailed analysis pieces on emerging video experiences. He has also written a number of books including tech guides for Which? and several "Dummies" guides on topics including big data and storage.

Will is also a highly experienced event moderator, managing content and panels at both the IBC and NAB shows for the last 10 years.
